<p>To keep things fair and transparent, here's a summary of our referral terms and conditions:<br><br></p>

<li><strong>Reward Eligibility</strong><br>Both you and your referred friend will each receive a &pound;100 gift card if the referral is successful. To qualify for the reward, the referred candidate must complete 12 weeks in their new role.<br><br></li>
<li><strong>New Candidates Only</strong><br>The referral reward applies only if the referred candidate is not already in contact with Ascend Talent.&nbsp;<br>If the referred candidate is currently employed by an Ascend client, the reward is unpayable.<br><br></li>
<li><strong>Unlimited Referrals</strong><br>There's no limit to the number of referrals you can make, but only one reward is issued per successful referral.<br><br>Noted: All rewards are subject to our referral program's terms and conditions.</li>
