Job: Vehicle Damage Assessor/ Assistant Manager

Salary/OTE: £45K - £52K OTE

Area: Leominster

We are seeking an Assistant manager to support the body shop manager in overseeing daily operations, also be expected to support with VDA across the site. To join a team of one of the largest independant repair groups in the UK.

 

What you’ll be doing;

  • Assessing damage to vehicles and identifying the correct repair methods.
  • Generating and tracking estimates using industry standard platforms and liaising with customers.
  • A keen eye for detail too accurately assess damage to vehicles.
  • Assisting in scheduling and prioritizing repair work.

 

You might be wondering what skills you need?

  • A background of a VDA or estimator role.
  • ATA qualifications desirable.
  • Management experiance.
