- Your name and contact information
- Your friend's name, phone number, email, position of interest, and location.
We Take it from There. Our recruitment team will connect with your referral, assess their fit for relevant roles, and guide them through the hiring process.
Earn £100 Each! Once your referred friend completes 12 weeks in their new position, you'll both receive a £100 gift card as a reward.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

To keep things fair and transparent, here's a summary of our referral terms and conditions:

Reward Eligibility
Both you and your referred friend will each receive a £100 gift card if the referral is successful. To qualify for the reward, the referred candidate must complete 12 weeks in their new role.
New Candidates Only
The referral reward applies only if the referred candidate is not already in contact with Ascend Talent.
If the referred candidate is currently employed by an Ascend client, the reward is unpayable.
Unlimited Referrals
There's no limit to the number of referrals you can make, but only one reward is issued per successful referral.
